Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Skyward Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Standard Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from damage, odors, or signs of use
We do not accept returns on final sale items or items that do not meet the above conditions.
Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos of the defect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds & Store Credit Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive either:
- A refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days, or
- Store credit to use toward a future purchase at Skyward Shop
